Freediving –also known as apnea- is the most natural form of underwater diving which relies on the body’s ability to dive on a single breath. It is a natural ability that humans have but that many have not yet explored.
Although it involves physical effort, freediving is mostly a mental exercise that requires deep relaxation and peace of mind.
TIME AND DATE
The program will be running from Friday the 17th till Monday the 20th of July. You can book a morning or an afternoon slot.
DURATION
You can register for 1 session or 2 day program
The session lasts 1.5 to 2 hours (including a short break)
