A beautiful journey towards grace, fluidity and weightlessness. Our program is designed to introduce you to water movement, so you can flow, dance and express your emotions through movement. The program combines -and is not limited to- WATSU body work, Freediving, Yoga, Pilates and Contemporary dance.
TIME AND DATE
The program will be running from Friday the 17th till Monday the 20th of July. You can book a morning or an afternoon slot.
DURATION
You can register for 1 session or 2 day program
The session lasts 1.5 to 2 hours (including a short break)
