A water massage session of deep relaxation, where you will be gently moved, stretched, and massaged so you release physical, mental and emotional tensions and experience a natural state of fluidity and letting go.
As your mind becomes still, your body gains a state of deep physiological rest which is a powerful antidote to stress. In that state, stress is dissolved and with it stress related diseases are relieved and/or prevented. Our program combines -and is not limited to- WATSU aquatic bodywork and reflexology.
